Despite the commercial activity nearby, the residential neighborhoods retain a quiet, established feel - many families have lived here for decades and are invested in maintaining and improving their properties. The Jurupa Hills rise to the north and the Santa Ana River marks the community's southern edge, making for a recognizable geography that longtime residents know well.
